RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns all sales are final, we do offer partial refunds for missing charms or missing items.

PARTIAL REFUNDS
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is missing parts due to our error

DAMAGED CONTAINERS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for containers that arrive cracked or broken upon arrival all packages have insurance up to $50 so you may file a damage claim with your local USPS office to get compensation for such damages. All containers are shipped in 100% perfect condition, with no cracks. If a container arrives cracked this has occurred because of ruff handling during transit time therefore we are not held responsible for refunding this damage.

EXCHANGES  
We only issue a partial refund on items if they are missing items or received the wrong item. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you need to report a missing charm or missing item send us an email at hoshimi.slimes@gmail.com along with your order #

CHANGED MIND/NO LONGER WANT/ORDERED ON ACCIDENT
  All sales are final.
