Product Safety Notice
All Hoshimi Slimes LLC products are handmade sensory craft items and are not edible. Products may contain ingredients including, but not limited to: school glue (adhesives), borax activator, food coloring, fragrance oils, essential oils, pigments, clay, and decorative craft materials.
Individuals with known or suspected sensitivities or allergies to borax, adhesives, dyes, fragrances, essential oils, or related ingredients should not purchase or use our products.
By purchasing from Hoshimi Slimes LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all products are used at the buyer’s own discretion and risk, and Hoshimi Slimes LLC shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, hives, breakouts, or sensitivities resulting from the handling or use of our products.

Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, scent strength, texture, or decoration placement may occur and are considered normal and not defects. Texture changes during shipping due to temperature conditions may occur and can typically be corrected with simple reactivation.
Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations related to handmade sensory products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged Containers
We do not provide refunds or replacements for containers damaged during transit. All packages are shipped in perfect condition prior to dispatch. Packages are insured through the shipping carrier, and customers must file damage claims directly with USPS or the applicable carrier for compensation.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment (Monday–Friday excluding holidays).
Delivery Estimates
Domestic shipments: approximately 2–7 business days
International shipments: approximately 4–22 business days
Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested prior to dispatch. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments include carrier insurance where applicable.
Customers must file carrier claims for damage compensation. We will assist in initiating carrier investigations when necessary.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Product Safety, Terms, Liability, Returns, and Shipping Policy, and releases Hoshimi Slimes LLC from liability related to the use, misuse, handling, or sensitivity to any product.
