Most of my order was good. But I emailed an extremely polite complaint because two of my orders had clay sushi or gingerbread man that was dried out and you informed me I got it on sale and should have expected defects. That’s. Crap. I won’t be ordering again. My previous order wasn’t “on clearance” and had dried out sushi. I’ve seen multiple customers have the same complaint and on your own insta feed you acknowledge the packaging for clay is an issue and you are trying to resolve it. So an “I’m sorry your clay was dried out” would have been sufficient. You’re a small business and I support that. I wasn’t looking for a hand out or anything free. But it’s the second time it’s happened and needed to be addressed. Good customer service goes a VERY long way.

As always, your slimes are out of this world. Cherry ICEE slime resembles a real ICEE and my Granddaughter was thrilled!
